History

Launched in 2015 by eight milk producers, the aim was to add value to the milk from a local supply chain with quality products. With the help of the local authorities, the cheese factory was set up in a traditional “Graber” farm, i.e. built by the Mennonite monks (the same ones who created the Montbéliarde breed in the 18th century).

Today we produce Morbier AOP, tomes, raclettes and soft cheese specialities.
